The Management Team
Shareen started in childcare as an intern during university and is now committed to the industry. As our HR Manager, she enjoys building a family of educators and watching them develop both academically and personally has been a rewarding process.
She truly believes that educators have one of the most crucial jobs today – it requires real passion and great responsibility to shape our future leaders, and she believes they deserve to be recognised.
Shareen holds a Bachelor of Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations.
Shipra is the conduit between parents and our Early Learning Centre team members. Her 8+ years of business development, planning, negotiations, networking and marketing gives her the broad range of skills needed in her important role that covers the needs of the children, their families and the wider community.
All Reggio Emilia Learning Centres take parent satisfaction seriously. Shipra ensures that feedback results in positive actions across all Centres. In order to do this, she monitors and acts upon every form of documented parent communication, from phone calls, face-to-face meetings between families and Educators, home assessments, online survey portals and exit forms. She then evaluates this feedback and ensures that the necessary actions are taken.
Shipra has a Masters in Marketing Management and is highly experienced in business planning and management.
Rochelle has worked in the child care industry for several years, both directly with children and as part of the behind-the-scenes team at head office. Rochelle loves that her fast-paced role involves supporting the team across a number of key areas.
She is studying a Bachelor of Commerce major in Human Resources and Marketing, and a Bachelor of Art major in Psychology. She is also studying Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Renee has been in the early childhood education profession for over 18 years. She started as everyone does – as a Trainee – Room Leader, Centre manager and now Area Manager.
She enjoys being in this profession and believes the most important aspect is to build the security attachment with children and families, as well as encouraging them to be who they are as an individual.
She loves being a part of their different development stages and feels complete watching them grow into well-rounded, inspiring individuals.
