Daniela has worked in the Early Childhood Industry for 4 years and currently holds a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care. She has had the experience in most aspects of the industry such as Casual Educator, Room Leader, Second in Charge, and a Centre Manager. She uses this knowledge of the of the industry to recruit and employ passionate educators who are dedicated to providing an enriched education for the Early years sector.

Shipra Vahi Marketing Specialist

Marketing Professional with 12 years of experience. Proven success in running various marketing campaigns and implementing marketing strategies that have pulled in a significant increase in qualified leads.

She brings in a customer-focused approach to her marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, promote customer engagement and ultimately drive web traffic and conversions. Skilled, creative and innovative. Excellent team player, time management, and organizational skills. Comprehensive knowledge of all forms of advertising techniques.

Rochelle Benjamin Head of Human Resources

Rochelle has worked in the child care industry for several years, both directly with children and as part of the behind-the-scenes team at head office. At Reggio Emilia Early Learning Centres, she works directly with management including our Managing Director, Human Resources, Operations, Finance and Marketing Directors. Rochelle loves that her fast-paced role involves supporting the team across a number of key areas.

She is studying a Bachelor of Commerce major in Human Resources and Marketing, and a Bachelor of Art major in Psychology. She is also studying Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Andrew Benjamin Acquisitions & Business Development Manager

Andrew is a talented and well-rounded team member with experience well beyond his years.

His involvement within the child care industry coupled with his experience as a solicitor, provides him with practical solutions and a fine-tuned business acumen to ‘get things done’.

Holding his Bachelor Degree in Law as well as a Bachelor in Business and Commerce (Management), Andrew’s attention to detail and ‘outside of the box’ thinking helps in his day to day work.

Heidi Area Manager

Heidi has over 20 years’ experience in early childhood sector leadership and management. She holds a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) from Macquarie University, as well as a Diploma in Children’s Services(TAFE).

She has worked in NFP organisations, private and community based roles. Heidi is a strong and effective leader and mentor.

Heidi is a mother to two young daughters, she places high regard on the importance of children accessing high quality early childhood programs in the first five years of life.

Heidi has a passion for building authentic relationships with people. She achieves this through her strong communication skills and her commitment to form genuine connections with children and adults alike.

Karishma Narayan Operations Manager

Karishma brings over a decade of Early Childhood experience. Throughout this time, she has had wide range of experiences in educational leadership, policy development, staff mentoring/ training and curriculum development. Karishma is currently responsible for overseeing centre operations, educational quality, compliance for both the Reggio CBD and Reggio Cowper Street Centres.

Debra Khoury Accounts Manager

Debra brings over 30 years in bookkeeping and customer service in various quality-controlled industries. She is responsible for the groups accounts payable and receivable duties.

Being a parent herself she understands the struggles that parents face with Centrelink subsidies and fee payments. How a small change can affect the family budget. Her role as Account Manager is to support the Centre Managers with the Qikkids software and assist parents in understanding their childcare payment while identifying any CCS entitlement adjustments.

Debra loves a good challenge and certainly feels she gets that with dealing with CCS and parent entitlements alongside her fast-paced accounting responsibilities.

Angeline Rough Payroll Officer

Angeline bring over 13 years of bookkeeping in both professional and private practices. She is also a qualified BAS agent with some of her own clients and handles all Reggio Emilia’s Payroll, ATO and Office of State Revenues related issues.

As our Payroll Officer, Angeline is here to ease the process in a timely manner and assist the staff and HR department with any queries.
