Karishma brings over a decade of Early Childhood experience. Throughout this time, she has had wide range of experiences in educational leadership, policy development, staff mentoring/ training and curriculum development. Karishma is currently responsible for overseeing centre operations, educational quality, compliance for both the Reggio CBD and Reggio Cowper Street Centres.

Rania, the Area Manager at Reggio Emilia ELC, is deeply passionate about fostering a safe and joyful environment for children to thrive. With a profound love for little ones, she is committed to delivering top-notch care and creating enjoyable learning opportunities. In addition to her primary role, Rania extends unwavering support to all dedicated Centre Managers. Collaborating with such talented individuals is a privilege she values highly.
Kim has an extensive background in the Early Childhood sector, enhanced by her desire to enhance the lives of individuals, thus bringing a wealth of knowledge into her Area Manager position. Kim’s experience brings the ability to enhance the complexities of developing a strong professional environment to enhancing the education of the child and the uniqueness of how their world is interpreted, and all that falls between.
Kim is driven to implement exceeding themes to our children and the wider community, providing environments that maintain the child’s ability to thrive with their learning, part of this process is to support the educators within the sector therefore maintaining the quality of care for the child within our wonderful nation.

Shipra is the conduit between parents and our Early Learning Centre team members. Her 15+ years of business development, planning, negotiations, networking and marketing gives her the broad range of skills needed in her important role that covers the needs of the children, their families and the wider community. She brings in a customer-focused approach to her marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, promotes customer engagement and ultimately drive web traffic and conversions. Skilled, creative and innovative. Excellent team player, time management, and organizational skills. Shipra has a Master’s in Marketing Management and is highly experienced in business planning and management.
Rose has over 5 years of experience in human resources management and has honed her skills in various aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development. Rose’s comprehensive understanding of HR policies and regulations allows her to navigate complex personnel issues with tact and sensitivity, ensuring a fair and equitable workplace for all.
She has completed a Bachelor of Business and Commerce Major in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations. Rose brings a wealth of experience and expertise as an HR Generalist in fostering a positive workplace culture, employee engagement, and talent management. Rose has a passion for people and a commitment to organisational success, Rose thrives in creating and maintaining a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Debra brings over 30 years in bookkeeping and customer service in various quality-controlled industries. She is responsible for the groups accounts payable and receivable duties.
Being a parent herself she understands the struggles that parents face with Centrelink subsidies and fee payments. How a small change can affect the family budget. Her role as Account Manager is to support the Centre Managers with the Qikkids software and assist parents in understanding their childcare payment while identifying any CCS entitlement adjustments.
Debra loves a good challenge and certainly feels she gets that with dealing with CCS and parent entitlements alongside her fast-paced accounting responsibilities.
Angeline bring over 13 years of bookkeeping in both professional and private practices. She is also a qualified BAS agent with some of her own clients and handles all Reggio Emilia’s Payroll, ATO and Office of State Revenues related issues.
