My daughter has been at the Bourke St centre since she was 7 months old (now 20months) and I can honestly say that it is a home away from home. We are so lucky to have such amazing carers.
The centre has a lovely home feel. Smaller numbers mean that I know she is receiving all the attention and support that she needs to assist her learning and development.
I look forward to receiving the daily reflection through Kinderloop and her usual weekly/monthly developments. This means that when I pick her up in the afternoon, I can talk to her about what she has done through the day She is just starting to talk so this really helps us to communicate.
The Centre is very engaging with families; the Kinderloop App is a great communication tool as all events/reminders are uploaded there. As a parent I can leave feedback/questions on the App, in the Diary and by Phone. The Carers are always happy to help in any way they can.
From the time I drop my daughter off in the morning and the time I pick her up in the afternoon, the smile never seems to leave her face. All the Carers have a great relationship with her. As every parent knows, the drop offs can be a challenging time, but I always leave knowing Sophia is happy and is engaging with the carers, even though they aren’t always her rooms educators.
The Reggio Emilia Early Learning Centre has been an absolute blessing upon our family. It is a bright and beautiful Centre, – it’s recently had a new look and has clearly been developed and designed by the professional who understand all children and their early learning needs. Not only do they provide a warm and stimulating environment, but each educator is incredible aware of the emotional and intellectual development of each child.
Our daughter particularly loves learning new things that is set out each day ¬– she is always so excited to share with us. She always looks forward to seeing her educators every day. I have found every member of the Centre is extremely talented and respected by parents and children.
Reggio Emilia North Parramatta is a warm and friendly environment, caring to individual needs.
I’m impressed by Kinderloop, the web posting system – it lets me know what my son does on a daily basis. The Educators also give me lovely comments and updates about my son individually each day.
The staff are very friendly. They do different activities each week and make each day very interesting and enjoyable. My son has learned a lot within a very short time.
My son was just over 1 year old when we decided to move him from the other Centre to Reggio Emilia North Parramatta. We are so impressed with the Educators – they make us feel that our son is very much loved and looked after. Every day his mum will get dedicated time to talk to the Educator to get an update on Otis’s progress and his day. Now Otis is 2 and half years old, he spends 5 days a week in the Centre. We are very confident that he is enjoying his time here every day – I want to thank all the Educators for the love and hard work.
