We look for child care Educators who are passionate about providing a rich and supportive child care learning environment that emphasises the free exchange of ideas between children and Educators.

As a Trainee your role is to work as a team member, gaining experience across all age groups from zero to six. You will be required to generally assist in the functioning of the centre, whilst continuously striving to demonstrate the Reggio Emilia approach. Your Centre Leader, Room Leader and Assistant will provide you with continuous support and regular communication.

About the role

  • Study towards your Certificate III in Early Childhood while you work
  • Fully funded course
  • Gain childcare experience across all age groups from 0-5
  • Supported programming and study time
  • Full time position

What we are looking for

  • Certificate III in Children’s Services or higher
  • A passionate, and driven individual

What we are looking for

  • A minimum of Diploma Qualification in Early Childhood
  • A minimum of 1 years experience as a Room Leader
